Not as Described

  • If your bike is significantly not as described, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Change of Mind

  • If you change your mind about your purchase, we may offer a refund or exchange at our discretion.
  • In such cases, the bike must be returned in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for return shipping costs.
